Exebridge, Inc. offers Cisco related services through the DIR Contract Number DIR-TSO-4239. This contract is E-Rate qualified. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. This contract has a number of resellers, many of which are HUB vendors.

Product Warranty:

Exebridge honors the product warranty that is provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the applicable product information to understand exactly what is and is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Product or service not working:

If any issues with the product or service arise, please contact your Exebridge sales representative. Your sales representative will be knowledgeable about your product, your product order and your sales history. Your sales representative may direct you to the original equipment manufacturer to honor the manufacturer’s warranty if necessary.

Product Returns:

  • Please contact your Exebridge sales representative and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which initiates the Return process.

  • RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Once you have your RMA, ship your product back to the manufacturer, publisher or distributor of the product (or other person as Exebridge may designate) at the location identified in the RMA.

  • All returns must have an RMA and the RMA number must be displayed clearly on the outside of the packaging, or a credit could be delayed or denied.
